This year why not go for a potted Christmas Tree!!! |
We pride ourselves on having the freshest trees in York. During December we cut trees every day to maintain a good range of stock in our sales barn and ensure the tree you buy is fresh for you to enjoy. We carefully select trees from each field for harvesting each year then every day in December our trained staff cut, trim and net the trees so they are fresh, clean and undamaged when you buy them. |

Nordmann fir, abies nordmanniana is the most popular and reliable of the non-drop varieties. It’s attractive fresh aroma, soft dark green needles and uniform shape make it our biggest selling tree every year.
| Canaan fir, abies balsamea var phanerolepis is a close relative of the fraser fir but with darker green needles and a citrus fragrance. It has excellent needle holding and is always popular when available. | ![]() |

Norway spruce, picea abies is the traditional Christmas tree we all had through our childhood . Its uniform shape and competitive price make it the traditionalists first choice every year. When it is fresh cut from the field and well watered it is surprisingly needlefast.
| Fraser fir, abies frasieri, is a more compact tree with silver blue needles and a strong balsam fragrance. Its excellent need holding qualities and narrow compact shape make it popular with those of you who want something a little different. Currently our stocks of Fraser fir are limited. | ![]() |
